In our article here, we have highlighted some ways in which organisers can stage a Covid-secure event. Off the back of this, we have compiled a list of helpful tools and resources for actioning these safety measures and ensuring that your event goes above and beyond to not only meet the required guidelines, but to instil consumer confidence every step of the way.
This page will be regularly updated with new useful tools and resources.
Signage - We’ve designed a simple and clear social distancing sign, which can be downloaded for free here.
Safety Checklist - It’s worthwhile letting all participants know the measures which are in place, this checklist template can be filled out and distributed to convey this information. Download it here.

THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS
Our user survey indicated that the appearance of a clean and hygienic environment is a key factor for inspiring consumer confidence. The following suppliers are a good start point to ensuring your event is sufficiently equipped:
Customised Masks - These can be included within race packs or for sale at the event, both hivis.co.uk and breathebritain.co.uk provide a quality and customisable option.
Customised Buffs - To go one step further, customisable buffs can be purchased at buffwear.co.uk and giraffeuk.com.
Plexi-glass screening - If selling or handing out merchandise, then plexi-glass screening is ideal for maintaining social distancing and protecting staff. Screen options can be purchased here.
Hand-wash - This should be stocked throughout the event, or to go the extra mile for participants, a mini bottle can be included within the race pack. These can be purchased here.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
In an effort to minimise contact on the day, event goodies and packets can be posted to participants both before and after the event. To help with this process, we’ve teamed up with Michael Winterior of Crevasse Clothing.
Here’s a bit about their service, from Michael himself: “Here at Crevasse Clothing, we have been distributing and posting clothing for 12 years. With this infrastructure in place we can easily help events and organisers with their logistical needs. Simply have your items sent to us and we will take care of all the storage, packaging and postage. With this off your mind, you can get on with your job, creating an exciting and memorable sporting event.”
If you would like to utilise Michael’s services then you can get in touch with him via email, email@example.com, or via phone, +44 7717 277569.
LET'S DO THIS EVENT PAGE
