How to use the Organiser Dashboard on Let's Do This

We've moved away from google sheets and built an internal dashboard where our partners can view bookings, manage their on-site events, and export Let's Do This entrants quickly and easily.

Logging In

Once you've been verified as the organiser of events, one of our team will send you a one-time authorisation link which will give you the correct permissions to see the dashboard.

This will take you to the Let's Do This login wall, where you can sign in with either gmail, Facebook, or a regular email address.

After completion, you will see the 'Organiser Dashboard' in the header of the Let's Do This site and you can begin to navigate the dashboard as per the video above.


Our new dashboard gives you control over your events allowing you to close pages on Let’s Do This once entries are full, if the event is cancelled / postponed, or for any other reason.

This is a quick and easy process which includes a short prompt to tell your Account Manager why the event is closed.

Once the changes are made, all entrants will be notified and there is an option to include a personalised message explaining why the event is cancelled or postponed, and the next steps for them.


All bookings made on Let's Do This will come through to your personal dashboard. On the overview page, you can see the total bookings made across each of your events.

When you click 'view bookings' you will then be taken through to the specific events booking log, where you will find all entrants details. These can be viewed on both an event and individual race level.


The dashboard allows you to export bookings quickly and easily, either via a CSV file or an excel, so that you can then merge LDT bookings with your own start-list.

We’d recommend exporting bookings either bi-weekly or monthly, to ensure that all participants who have booked through Let’s Do This receive any pre-race communication or marketing emails from organisers.


In the top right corner of your dashboard, there is a notifications section. This will inform you of any bookings made on your events, as well as any questions asked by the community on your pages.
